BiographyEarly years ( ?-? )Childhood ( ?-? )Adulthood ( ?-? )Jarkiv Vaird's real name is unknown. At one time he had been called "Chow Yun Fett", but that name was merely a joke. His real name has never been revealed. Before he took on a Mandalorian name and persona, he was a miner in an Outer Rim mining colony who was caught and seriously injured in a tunnel collapse that revealed a crashed Mandalorian ship. Crawling to the ship, he was overwhelmed by the impressions he received from his Kiffar Force-ability of psychometry and was contacted by the spirit of the dead Mandalorian who had also been Force sensitive. In seconds, the Mandalorian shared his history, training and life lessons with the dying miner, who utilized his new knowledge to bandage his wounds and scavenge the ship for equipment and weapons. Finding his way back to civilization, he found that he had been declared dead and decided to become someone new. With the blessing of the dead Mandalorian, he took a new name, one that honored his new mentor, and decided to fight in battles that needed to be fought. Jarkiv Vaird is primarily a sapper who specializes in approaching fortifications and undermining them. He is an able close combat fighter using short range arms, as well as a power hammer of his own design that he once used to blast through solid rock. He is also a skilled infiltrator, able to disguise himself with ease, as well as a musician. Vaird also possesses the rare Kiffar[1] ability of psychometry[2], which is useful in tracking down a target. Eric spends most of his time either in his workshop, treading the boards at his local theater or swinging from a rope as the character of 'Magee' at Pirates Dinner Adventure in Buena Park, CA. An experienced singer and stage performer of over 20 years experience, he spins guns, swings swords and cracks bullwhips wherever anyone will let him. Eric is also a former Dapper Dan of Disneyland, but his REAL claim to fame (such as it is so far) is to be 'Jedi Elvis', a hybrid Elvis/Star Wars character who sings Elvis songs with Star Wars themed lyrics written by Eric himself.
