Here are some Jango Fett armor patterns that I found on TDH.  For those of you who want to craft your own armor out of sintra or make molds for resin.

There are 4 sizes of patterns, small - XLarge.

Anyone use these yet?  What program do you print from?  What settings should the printer be set at?  I was trying to print out one of the patterns (for the left shoulder bell) and it was HUGE and took up 15 pages of paper.   Huh?

I see.  Just fiddle with the print-out size of the test sheet 'til it comes out as 5".  Thanks!

NOTE: If you use adobe Photoshop as I did when you do "Print with preview" change the print size to %28.98 and it printed out perfectly for me.

These patterns are in PDF format.  If you have adobe reader then you can print them off.

I used similar patterns for the  Boba Fett armor.  I ended up having to email WOF (the originator for most of the armor templates I found) and he sent me a more comp-friendly version of the templates.  I don't know what was wrong with my comp program but anyway, I got them printed out.   It was actually an enjoyable activity cutting them out and taping them together to form the pieces--the armor started to take shape and I got so excited.

These patterns are definitely a time-saver!  Before finding out anything about patterns, I was going to sketch them out onto cardboard and go from there.  It's really handy to have them in one thread like this--thanks Novall!

Mine opened in *.gif as well, and I printed the test page with the WIndows preview (Don't have the ENglish version of Windows, so I don't know its name).
It printed the template 5mm too short (about a fifth of an inch), but as the plates can fit on your suit even when they're a tad too small, I don't meddle with it.
Plus I printed the XL sized version, and my size varies between L and XL, so it should fit with me.

I don't suppose anyone could send me an unzipped variation of the small or medium pattern, could they?  I don't have the right software to unzip those files myself - the trial period ended, and I'm spending all my dough on costume stuff.

Hey guys, I've been trying to work with my printer to set the scale to the 5" but the only scale options go by percentages, does anyone know how exactly I should deal with this?
