I built this out of pvc pipe, 3mm sintra and air freshener tops. It took about a month to build working a few hours at a time.

Sure, just don't nearly cut your finger off like me.
materials:
empty 2 ltr bottle (dew works best)
2 24"x2" pvc pipe
1 36"x4" pvc pipe
1/2 sheet sintra (i used 3mm)
Rough form taped together. Measurements taken fronm my boba pack.
 
Pipes sitting in place in shell.
 
 
Bondoed seams, assembled with wood screws and epoxy, primed.

Almost forgot, you will also need 2 air freshners with pop up tops and 4 2" caps for the pipes.
