Head Gear: add-ons to a Mando Helmet
« on: Sep 20, 2012, 05:09 AM »
I was looking at some buckets and I noticed a lot of different different gear added on to the side and additions to the overall design like mohawks. I was wondering if you guys could throw out some suggestions or examples of gear and mods for buckets so that I and other vod to get some inspiration for our OWN buckets!

I always add a little scope to the non-rangefinder side, and replace the RF with a smaller antenna. I've also got a little metal grille at the bottom of my visor.

Arch, another Wampa up here, has her rangefinder blown off, that side of her helmet is all scorched and chewed up, with bits of the RF and wires sticking out.

non-human style mandos. some of the more challenging to do well, but worth the effort in my opinion.

I'm putting a heat/blast-shield on mine.  I'm going for an orbital-drop Mando.

I'm with Einn on this one. There are some wicked alien races that could be done, like a Trandoshan or Rodian Mando, maybe even a Devaronian.

Antenna made from plastic chopsticks and a toy gun parts, but as the others have said the list is endless.
