I'm almost positive the pants will be fine but I don't know about the shirt. If it's posible you may want to get, I don't know, maybe a longsleeve scrub shirt or, something made out a material that closer resembles your pants.

I had tried that initially but had an impossible time matching the colors up. The shirt I'm currently using is the only one I have found that matches as well as it does, but I definitely can see what you're saying. I'm heading to Starkville this weekend and they have tons of scrubs. I'll see if perhaps they've updated any of their color selections. Who knows, I might get lucky lol. But if not, maybe the one I have will work. Idk ^^;

The approval team would be the best ones to answer your question on the shirt pants combo, but I think that shirt will be fine, especially if you have gloves/gauntlets covering the wrists of the sleeves. The vode on these boards might scrutinize over using similar materials for your flight suit (because they can see it without the armor), but not everyone will find a top and bottom that match perfectly, with similar materials, AND suit their color scheme. Your armor will mask the major differences. Your vest already does a lot to help that fact.
If you want to look more into the practicality of it, in the Republic commando books, the clone flight suits are two+ pieces. Take that to today’s military… many Soldiers (or at least the ones I know-I do it too) going someplace don’t take a full uniform, just underwear and t-shirt... and socks, socks are a must have!!! You could always just say your mando takes only the bare essentials.
I like what you have and where you’re going with it …. I’ll just watch with the envy of not being able to start my own kit yet :'(

Sorry I have been so quiet! >< I promise I've been working hard though. Lot's of stuff needed doing that distracted me from my build, but I've been hacking away at it and what not. The belt/sash thing is nearly done. Had to do a slight design change (anatomy+physics=design error lol). In any event, here's a shot of the belt/sash thus far. I still have to stain/weather it and I need to add the err...tassels? (Ya we'll go with that lol).
P.S., please ignore the hideous rug. ><
