Whoa boy and slow down:) In the nicest way I can say it. slow down and take your time. I know you've got a summertime deadline and folks have pulled it off. But your first kit will take some time to learn the steps. To quote you "I want it done by CVI and want the kit to be perfect." I do not know of one person here that has had a perfect kit first go round. If you're wanting done and perfect you better be ready to shell out the $$$ because that's what it is going to take.
Also noticing you're kinda in a hurry what bucket did you purchase? I'm not trying to discourage but if you're wanting it done in this time frame it's $$ or do it your self.
That all said there are a ton of folks here that are very knowledgeable in this and have posted here. Ask questions etc.

When I first joined, almost three years ago, I was much heavier than I am now due to some medical issues and I went with plates that fit me perfectly at that time which were metal. Now the chest, shoulders, and clavicle work, but the ab plate had to be resized as my waist is thinner. As GeyJohn said most if not all of us never get "the perfect" kit our first time around so take your time with it, especially if you're planning on loosing some weight.
My suggestion, take it or leave it, is to make this kit for your body type now and use it as learning experience towards your next kit. I've gone through two versions, each better than the last and each has been tweaked to the umpteenth time.

thanks. maybe i'll buy the plates for my size now and then if need be sand them down a bit. but i thing they will still fit well. i plan to lose fat but gain muscle so i think the waist and stomach will be the bigger changes. my thighs are massive. lots of muscle, calves to. tone those up and ill be a scary mando. ha ha. thats my goal. intimidating mando. (then again which mando isn't)
