Finally getting started on armor, its nice when friends have a unlimited supply of 50 gallon barrels

Don't you want the Curve on the Chest plates the other way ?

Just Sayin .... What kind of plastic is that Vod ... ?

Will that material keep it's shape well ,  After you Shape it ?

I beleave they are polyurethane but I'm not sure, and I will flip the stencil...they should hold shape heat gun and torch should do the thing

Some plastic will spring back if you Don't shock it ...... Just sayin .  :rolleyes:




So Will these be your plates or will you Build upon them ?  ;D

Good looking out, I will keep that in mind.  I am going to see if I can use two layers and taper the edges to he a good thickness....I may just get them the right size and then do a mold I cannot say till it is cut out.
