First Beskar'gam WIP - EVA foam build! (pic heavy)

Based on what I have seen in person and pix, I would argue that to the fullest.

Not mandalorian armor but I have seen some incredible Mass Effect, Halo, Iron Man and Gears of War armor done in EVA foam.

Yep. And they all look like EVA foam, not metal, and move like EVA foam, not metal, which is what we need to be emulating as Mercs in our costumes. That's why it's banned ;) Guys, Swift is aware of this, no need to continue the discussion there.
I REALLY like that segmented backplate design you've got going on there. Not such a fan of the front plates, but eh - it does work, just doesn't tickle my fancy ;)
On the helmet, I note you've kept the dent from the Boba pep file - you're going to have to get rid of that if you're not doing a canon Boba costume. It's highly recognisable.
Oh and toss me a line if you want to come up to mine and work on stuff - half of Gar's stuff is in my loungeroom at present :P No reason why we all can't work together. From working with heat on the EVA, I'm pretty sure you'd have an easy task of using the same skills on PVC - which IS an allowed material, and cheap as from Bunnings ;)

The iron man and mass effect absolutely look metal. It's all about how you harden and paint your EVA. I'm not trolling though. Just surprised that it can't be used. Good luck with the kit Swift.
