Kai Dragoon:
Okay bought 2x4 sheet of 6mm sintra today and traced out my chest plates, diamond, belly, and collar. I cut out the chest plates and diamond. I used my dremel and a metal cutting wheel. Ill cut the collar and belly tomarrow. I still need to clean up the edges and all.  http://s1244.photobucket.com/albums/gg577/kaidragoon/?action=view&current=2012-03-21191730.jpg

There is you image for ya.

Umm quick question, did you make sure that your plates were the right size? Hate to see you cut everything out, only to find out they were too small...

But it looks like a good start

Kai Dragoon:

Firstly, Here's how you post pictures

Here's the pics for people who don't want to click:

The medium is a better fit for you. You can easily trim your sintra plates down to that size. That being said, you'll still have to do some extra trimming on the outer edge of both chest plates as well.
Here's what I mean:

Half an inch to an inch will probably do it. trim that off of your cardboard test plates and post it up again so we can see.
