« on: Feb 12, 2012, 06:29 PM »
i got my paperer armor templates printed out and put them on finally.   i was wondering if they are the proper size.  sorry they are not properly spaced.  they were put on with scotch tape.  they are the XL templates

Upper body looks ok, a girth belt will help tie it together. you might want to reduce the thighs a bit at that size they may bind with your knees.

My pant are a little baggy and may have dropped the plates a bit.  when i originally put them on they seemed hight enough to me.  but you're the expert.  ill see what it looks like with pads once i get some

Compared to me. You are. I looked at them again and see that they will be interfering with the knees. I'll print out the large templates and see how they look. Hopefully soon

Sizing looks great to me.  Thighs could be a little large, but it may just be the camera angle.  It's hard to tell in those jeans, you're right!

I like your profile pic, Remo, with the crossed arms.  "Yeah, I'm Remo.  You got a bounty?" lol.

To be film accurate the swoop side goes on the outside of the leg for jango's pistols.

Really. That's quite interesting. I didn't know that. So now thy y chest plates the right size what is the best material to use for the plates. I want it to look and feel real but I hear metal is hard to work with. I am buying my fist set. Not making it. Any suggestions?

Well, if you are buying, it doesn't really matter. the difficulty in metal is in the shaping.
