If you are going to Velcro as Kel said if you sew the sticky stuff you will mess up your machine. use normal Velcro to sew to your vest. ;D

I use both. Mostly snaps. Snaps on the outsides of the plates, velcro in the middle. If a snap breaks, velcro still holds it there in place.

thanks guys we are gonna hit hobby lobby today and get some. i am not sure my vest is thick enough for snaps but we might do a test tonight. thanks a ton fellas
