my first armor set (yay sintra)
Caiser4:
i was planning on pretty light weathering for now. might mess it up later but for the time being was gonna keep it pristine lol.
Kel T Skirata:
Cool stuff mate, its your armour ;) Light weathering works plus it will weather the more ye wear it :D
Caiser4:
ok quick question for the experts here lol. is there a specific kind of velcro that works best or does the "industrial strength" stuff in wally mart work well?? i am on to the final stages of the armoring up process and velcro is the next step, and i really dont wanna mess up now lol.
thanks vode
ConDar Ward:
I don't use Velcro , but if I did . Yes Industrial would work .
As long as it's the Sew-able kind from the Sewing section ....
Not the Sticky backed kind from the Craft of Hardware section .
I'd also have a Snap or two to get the Plate in the proper area , then Velcro the edges down .
But that's just me . I'm sure some others will chime it to help you better ...
Good luck Vod ... 8)
Kel T Skirata:
Just use the industrial sticky hook side for the plates, clean the plates with a touch of alcohol first. The adhesive fussy stuff is a bugger to sew through, breaks and clogs many many needles :P
