I've noticed something that doesn't line up that may need to be fixed. Sorry, not trying to be a jerk here, just seeing it as the outgoing CAO:
In the "Mercenary Manual" it states this for the CAO:
"Clan Administration Officer (CAO) – Responsible for helping create new Clans and Squads in areas
where the creation of such organizational entities are required. The CAO also administrates all
Clan/Squad level statistics related to the Mercs and, when necessary, aids Clans/Squads in officer
voting procedures."
In the "Mercs Codex", it states this for the CAO:
"4.) Clan Administration Officer (CAO): Ensures new clans and squads follow the guidelines for
formation. Administrates annual clan/squad leadership review and leadership elections. Helps areas of
activity explore possible clan/squad formation. Maintains a database on current region/clan/squad
locations and boundaries, and activity statistics."
There is no mention in the Codex that the CAO is responsible for aiding in officer voting procedures and how that is taken care of. Just thought it may want to be added to the job description in the Codex because that question (who handles voting procedures) comes up quite often......

The Codex only goes into general details about most items (except for Clan/Squad creation). It's been kept that way so that interpretation of the Codex is left strictly with the Council. Pretty much like how a Constitutional government interprets it's constitution through the governing body.
However, the details of everything can be found in the handbooks. :)

I'm 15 and I thought a suit of Mando armor would be good summer project. But why do you have to be 18 to became an official member of the club?
