Questions about buying or building first Gauntlets

So I want some tech-savvy gauntlets similar to Boba & Jango.. but it doesn't have to be identical.  I just want the basics - rocket launchers, flame thrower, a detailed appearance.

What is a reasonable price if I were to buy something like this?  I haven't seen many for sell in the trading post lately.

I understand a lot of people make their gauntlets out of tumblers... but what do they attach to it to give it a detailed, rectangular look with rockets & such?  I know there's a lot you can do, but I really don't know where to begin in this area.

I highly recommend RKD's gauntlets if you want a look similar to Jango and Boba. They are a great base to work on and affordable for what you get.
  If you want something less definitively that style, you could contact Forge for their legacy gauntlet style which will be a plainer base to work from.

I was also gonna suggest the DW gaunts. I used to have a set and alone, they looked cool but they're pretty plain so if you wanted to use those as a base, they'd be ideal. I've also had the RKD gaunts and they were cool as well but I decided I didn't want the same type of gaunts as Jango/Boba. I will definitely be buying some DW gaunts when I get the scratch together.
