Finishing up the shoulders.  Once I have the other two pieces of the three tier shoulder plate done and I put that together, the only things I have left to do are to reshape the knees and shins, then attach straps to a few plates.  So...almost done.  Not exactly sure how I want to attach these shoulders yet, gonna have to experiment.

Last plates done!  Now I just have to attach a few straps and magnets and reshape the shins and knees.  Then make sure the vest is all set and do a final fitting.

Here's the three tier shoulder plate.

All done!  Now to just do a final test fitting to make sure things all fit together properly.  I repainted all the scales so they stand out a bit more and reshaped the lower plates that were too flared.  Please give feedback.  What do you guys think?

I think it looks good, but I don't know how the formerly flared fortifications would look unless you had it on.

Alright, first full test fitting.  The biggest issue is this damned Texas heat.  Even in my garage, some of the plates have changed shape.  So the main ones that need adjustments are the abs, back, and thighs.  Everything else is snug and nice.  The only other problem is that the tiered shoulder won't stay attached.  It's going to take more than snaps and I think I may just have to permanently rivet it to the back plate.  All else is golden.

Other than the problems you already mentioned, id say take a look at your shins, I think the heat may have flared them out more than you would want. But honestly, everything looks amazing.

Simply awesome, its been so much fun to watch this build come to life! :D

I actually reshaped the shins right before this fitting and they fit snuggly around my boots.
