I would very, very strongly suggest investing in a mouse sander, I think it's the next key tool after the Dremel.

Ive heard alot of people with thigh armor use straps to keep it snug to the leg and velcro to keep it in place.

Got my back plate all shaped.  I think it's ready to sand and paint.  There are a few anomalies in the way it's curved, but it should be shaped to my back... so I guess I have an oddly shaped back?  Sorry the photos are kind of small.




Also working on another vest because my other vest was too tight and the buttons were ripping.   :'(

I'm hand sewing it because I'm, well, poor.  And also crazy, apparently.  Everything looks good with the exception of this part:


Going to need to sew that up a little better or something.... my fingers hurt.
