Mission Objective: To form the official Iowa Clan and entertain parade watchers.
Invasion Report: The newly forming Vhett Manda clan, along with members of the 501st Central Garrison and Rebel Legion Central Base, marched in the annual Iowa State Fair parade Wednesday night. The parade through downtown Des Moines kicks off the opening of the
Iowa State Fair.
The Star Wars characters were a huge hit with the parade watchers who gave applause, shouts, and a few Vulcan 'live long and prosper' hand signs. The Mercs look forward to marching in the parade with their other Star Wars friends again next year.
