Nice flight suit Tor! I would recommend doing the darts in the flight suit. It will fit better that way and won't bunch under the vest as much. (at least I think it will look better, I don't know first hand but it seems logical)
Is it actually one piece? It looks like you could easily cut it around the middle and thus make it a two piece. Add some snaps or ties in around the waist to keep it together while you are trooping and it should look as good as the one piece.
And I really like your boots. I have similar ones that were very comfortable during Dragon*Con.

Yeah, it's actually one piece. I cut the pattern out too big so I had to make it shorter...the crotch was down by my knees lol I couldn't make that seam around my hips any higher or it'd mess up the zipper. As long as while I'm trooping, I've got a buddy to help me if I have to go to the bathroom, I think I'm good lol I was going to do under armor and have it two pieces that way, but they don't make red pants :(
I might go back and do the darts...it did look a lot better when they were pinned in....Hrm...Working on the cloak today. Hemming the edges, figuring out where I want the skull, and figuring out how I'm going to clasp it....I'm thinking about magnets, but if they don't work, I'll figure something else out. I have hook and eyes, too. We'll see. :)

Yeah. It'll look better with everything else on under it...and less like me standing around in my pjs. On that note, ignore my bare feet. Pretend there are boots there.
Around the neck it's pretty loose. Honestly thinking about putting a plate there to hold it so it stands up stiff. Ya know...protects the neck from those pesky lightsabers....

I'lll probably have her help me get rid of that...crotch bulge thing my flight suit does too >.> It's kinda awkward...
