Would this vest work?
« on: May 18, 2011, 02:58 AM »
So I was rummaging through old stuff and found this.....airsoft vest I guess? It was a simulation bullet proof vest that used wooden slats as the armor. I cut out the wooden slats and figured it might work as a vest for my armor. What do you think?

and here with my old paintjob trashcan armor....that needs a repaint...if not just scrapped for some whole new armor....

it doesn't look very sturdy or rigid with the slats out of it. Probably better off not using it.

Another issue is, Fett style plates aren't going to work with this vest. This vest would fall into the class or MOLLE and tactical vests. It would require the vest be COMPLETELY hidden from view by the armor. The only canon based armor that will give you that coverage is the Legacy armor.
