Name of event: Virada Cultural 2011

Location: Streets of Downtown - São Paulo/SP (Brazil)
The parade consisted of about 80 costumed persons and more 20 or so wearing Star Wars T-shirts. The objective was to troop on the streets for the audience. Vode'An was there with Polis Massa Base from Rebel Legion, 501st Brazilian Garrison, Blades Saber Team, Bahia Jedi Council, São Paulo Jedi Council and Minas Gerais Jedi Council.
It was really good and all groups had fun. The whole group was followed by hundred people or more, as it can be seen on the pictures taken by Mauro Fugita, a great Star Wars fan and a very friend of ours.

After the parade, Blades Saber Team (group of fans who make coreographies with lightsabers) showed some of their skills for the excitement of the audience.

HEREWe want to thank all our friends from other groups and mainly, our 'non-costumed' friends who gently helped us a lot acting as security guards for us during the parade. Without them we could have had problems with non-sense people.
