It should do.  Remember once you get it to dirty it up, and bear in mind it's an insulated work coverall, which means it's gonna be HOT inside.  Removing the lining and insulation should be priority one.

Thanx vode! its a little closer to my price range and taking out the lining is a great idea. i wouldnt have thought of that. though when, and if, i get it i will see how it is for my self.  although it my turn out to be too heavy and hot as you said

You're definitely going to want to take out the lining, I've seen those in store and they are THICK.  You don't want any more layers than is necessary when in costume.

thats also what im worried about, not only how thick but if they will look right. the thick material might now look like a mandalorian flightsuit

The other option is to actually just get dickie's(or similar) pants and long sleeve shirt. Either sew them together or just hide the section with the vest, girthbelt, comma, etc. One of my local mercs does that and you wouldn't know the difference unless you were told.

I use this person

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170412329703&vti=Size%092XL%0AMain+Color%09Black

I've gotten like three flight suits from them, usually get it in 2-4 days regular shipping and the one time I had a problem with being sent the wrong size, they sent another one out the same day I contacted them!

Yup, I do the same. I actually got a Dickies long sleeve, short sleeve and pants. Had the short sleeves cut off and sewn onto the longsleeve shirt. You know for the double sleeve look  ;) Works great and they are nice and light materials.
