Needs to be a new character/second kit.

Convenient timing on this! I'm gathering parts to convert my Boba Fett RotJ suit to Pre-production 2. It will be the same character, but a 100% repaint of the armor, re-dyed flight suit, new weapons, etc...

The helmet, gun, gloves and decals are all ordered and on the way. Quickest $500 I've ever spent!

i was just watching clone wars season 4 episode 14, aka Pre Vizla's new Armor debut(new jet pack, belt, gaunts, other variations), are there CLR's for it as well in the works or does a member generally make one and then tweak it to perfection serving as a base standard set?

Yeah, someone builds one first and it gets judged against the reference material and a CRL created from it. The previous season Pre Viszla CRL would be a good starting point though.

Okay, question re: camo patterns.

Is Dazzle Camouflage acceptable?  It's mentioned in the Order 66 novel, specifically Yayax Squad's armor, and I've been considering doing a post-desertion version of their armor (which is never specifically mentioned, but since I'm gonna be doing RC armor of one of them, I figured it'd be a good match).  I know that there was one other member who had a form of Dazzle on their armor, but I'm not sure if it's still allowed under the new CRLs.

If there's examples of it in universe, then it's allowed as far as I'm aware.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

It is perfectly allowed, I thought it was listed in the camo statement? Anyway yes, there are at least 2 or 3 OM's that use it.

If Flak Vest armor Plates are Velcro'ed on, may they be sealed up with Hi-temp Hot glue on the armor edges and the Velcro itself?

I would have a question about the quality of appearance in that case. If everything is sized and shaped properly, that should be unneccessary.

Helmet question:  I'm considering modding a Hasbro Fett to have a double visor (photoshop mock-up below); would it be acceptable as shown if everything else is done properly (ear modifications, bondo-ing the seam, etc.)?

Your missing 2 ... jk ... good question however .

How modded can a Modern Fett T- Visor bucket get ,  Before it's classed something else ... or not regulation what so ever .

The visor you have planned looks good, but i would still mod the cheek area. Thats the biggest deal for me personally, that and the massive earcaps. Up to the app team though mate ;)

Ceric, as long as the other required mods are made, and that visor mod was done ina  quality manner, it woul dbe passable.

ConDar, as long as the helmet follows the general design principles of the Modern Era helmet design and the a T is visible, it is good to go. If looking at the overall helmet design, it doesnt have the feel of the Modern Era design or no T can be extrapolated from the visors appearance, it's no bueno.

Though I have to admit, it seems to be swapping the inconvenience of doing a proper job with the HBF with the inconvenience of not being able to see where you are going.
