Verda well... there were a bunch of people... You might know a few.... Krayt Clan ring any bells?

Ori, I will try to list the few different ways...

It all started by one fellow Mando making fun of the shinyness of my armor ( that never happens right? ) So I decided to look around me and figure out what I can do about that in the environment I was presently in. This proves that weathering does not really have to cost money!

1. I found a small hill that I literally threw myself down numerous times in different ways. Face first, rolling landing a shoulder first, and any other way I could think of.
2. Rolling around in a fire pit.
3. Getting crap kicked at me while I was rolling around in a fire pit.
4. Rubbing coals and leftover fire crap on parts.
5. Semi Sharp Rock banged on a flat rock with kama in between the two. ( Happened after these pics. I will have to get some pictures of this up some time.

People that kicked dirt at me, did I miss any?

Rehersing a fight scene that involves being thrown to the ground a few times.

I think I got them all now.

Those are all very practical weathering techniques  Well done Ne'tra! like i said, your kit turned out great!

And whether all the mandos died in the movie or not, you sure looked great in that fight scene of yours! you kicked the trash out of Deklin !

As for the dying.... I went down fighting and I got the headbutt in so I was fine with dying.  Also... We're Mandalorians, It's an occupational hazard!

One thing with the kama in the last pic posted on page 2, I would dirty that area more as right now it looks like you had an "accident".

All kidding aside I would do something with the helmet, it really looks like its lacking, looks to plain, Maybe its the monotone with the colors or something, mayby the slouched stance is throwing it off.

I was just sitting there, we had just eaten some beans with lunch and then Ori thought it would be fun to sneak up on me... I guess I can't complain too much cause it was probably better than going in the dreadful excuse for an outhouse they had there!

Yup I agree though...  There are still some things that need work. The Helmet being one of them. But a Mando is never truly done right?

The one thing that bothers me, though, is that the eye-slit on your helmet looks a little crowded. Maybe take a file to it to smooth the edges out?  But if that's what you were going for, though, keep it!

And those are great weather techniques! For the slashes going across my chest, I actually take a real sword and knives to my plates to get realistic cuts.

Straight to the point Mando. Something about it speaks to me. I can see you rocking a poncho with it, ala Boba concept art, ala Clint Eastwood. Good job.
