(And Really... *I* haven't done a lot.)

Honestly, I haven't done much but window shop and make suggestions because my bff Corey is the one who is REALLY helping me with this.

I'm going to Dragon*Con and he wants me to have at least a helmet to carry around. Can't wait to meet his Naast buddies!

You all know him as Siege Vand'alosh. He was assisted by the gal you know as Sahirate aka Jen. And by assisted, I mean she did 85% of the work. But Siege is impatient and couldn't wait for me to help with this.
So they went ahead and started making a helmet and boobie plates for me.

I am jealous of all the pictures people take of themselves making the armor, so I'm going to post the pictures they sent me.

Now the colors.
I made my name a portmanteau of Cyar'ika (Sweetheart) and Uj (Cake) . And since *I* say Uj like the last sound in rouge (like the blush) I wanted the cheeks of the armor to be pink (like the... blush). And I guess, roughly translated, my name means "Sweetcake/s"  

But hey, Siege was again, impatient and took spare pieces and played with the paint and design.
Why not?



This really won't be the design, but I wanted to play with the colors... well... he did.
But yeah... it'll be neater, straighter lines, and I might let the paint actually dry before putting paint on it, but you know those silly boys. No patience for anything.:









HOPEFULLY ***I"LL*** get to work on it or SOMETHING when I go down there for Dragon*Con!
But thanks again to the two who got me this far. Dinner's on me. And whatever else... I like writing Thank You Notes.

Seriously, though, you are in good hands with Sahi making the helmet for you. And Corey did cut it out alllll by himself, and didn't complain too much about his hands hurting. lol

And for the boob plates, idk, i can't tell very well cuz they are not taped on, but they don't look like they have enough "roundness" to them... but then again, i can't tell very well with only that front shot.... that is just me though

It has some awesome damage on it already since it was my dad's old police stick, but I am going to repaint to match and put some blood spatters on it.

Just be careful with th ebaton and check your local and state laws. Here in California the mere possession of one by persons other than Police Officer's and Security Gaurds specifically licensed to carry it while on duty and traveling to and from work only is a Felony punishable by 2-4 years in state prison.
