"July 30th and 31st Solus and OriGaan'au of Mav Oya'la clan invaded Otakon in Baltimore, MD. On Friday the 30th, they braved the summer heat and scores of crazy awesome cosplayers to gain entry to the con. After entering, they were swarmed by eager fans and scores of photographers.
Saturday the 31st was a much more eventful day. In the mid afternoon the fire alarm was tripped in the convention center. Thousands of anime fans were forced out of the convention center and across the street, blocking traffic. It was well over an hour before the building was done being searched and the convention attendees were able to get back into the air conditioning they so missed. Later that day, the mercs attended the Star Wars photo shoot at the fountain next to the convention center. Tons of fun was had and the one Jedi who dared to attend was slain. After nightfall, Solus and OriGaan'au felt adventurous and decided to join in on the anime rave. Raving in armor is quiet the experience indeed. Wink
