Just to confirm, you are talking about the Friday photo shoot with the Mercs as well, not just the every day photo op, correct?

I won't be able to make the photo op on Friday, but I can be there just in time after the bounty hunt on Saturday.

The organizational photo should take no more than 30 mins. 

The stage photo ops will also take no longer than 30 minutes, but I'm shooting for 20 minutes because of the Bounty Hunt and such.

No it's at 12pm, we should be fine.

I get this feeling that there's gonna be a ton of Mercs milling around the table, at any given time of the day...will we have enough space allotted for our people, and the crowds? 

I went to the Convention Center yesterday, just to check it out beforehand (my son and his gang went to Wet and Wild)....mighty nice center, I might add! (Parking looks like it might be a bear, though....)

If it hasn't been done allready I'll ask that if you're not on table watch please don't hang around the table too much, go out and enjoy what the convention has to offer. I'm not saying stay away but if it looks crowded try to keep clear.

Another thing to remember is that we have the largest fan table area.  We'll be setting the jail cell's up on Wednesday, and although we have 3 cells we may only set up 2 so that we have that extra room for more fan/Mercs interactions.

So do you need Mercs for the Slave Leia Security or has that been filled already?

It's open to anyone that isn't participating in the Bounty Hunt or watching the table at that time.  There are only 7 more slots open for the security detail however, we capped it at 10 so it wouldn't take people from working the hunt.
