got the helmet from saz today. it's great and fits my huge head
this is the tepmlate i created a while back:

earcap (computerchip inside the bucket, than the mesh and the "opened" earcap. between mesh and chip three lights of a chain of light(see below)):

there are only two little differences to mine:
-they have brighter leds
-i dont' have carved anything in it. i had the idea to carve a circle and some stuff in it like the garrus one, but i will leave it the way it is i guess (i tested it at another peace, but i wasn't able to do this that clear i would want on the original one )
