The chest plates do look too curved. Have you tried them on?

Also, for your scales idea: Aluminum scales!

Hey guys so sorry its taken me to update! Three jobs is slowly killing me.
I know these pictures are rough but I'm by myself and ducktape doesnt want to hold up the armor on my tshirt. The chest plates are a tad to curved which I'm working on right now.




I'm loving those scales! I'll have to look into them some more!

You still need to shape the plates better and the spacing . Thumb width apart for spacing  ;)

Like I said these pics are pretty rough hahaha
I'm reshaping the chest plates to day and they are turning out pretty good so far. I'm hoping when I get a vest itll look better also
