Adenn Karta's kit MK... 3, i think.

I'm digging this kit, especially the TK parts. (I have a few TK military surplus parts in my kit, but not to the extent of yours). It kind of reminds me of Gladiators that had their sword arm free for greater movement but their other arm had heavy armor on it. Also, with the color scheme and spikes, you kinda look like you could be the brother of Xorim Kor in Talon Clan. (That's a compliment, BTW. He's a good friend and I love his kit, too)

Couple of Updates. made some Hand Armour, not painted yet, i'll do that later. also worked some on one of the TK gaunts, filled in the dips and added Talon Spikes

oh, on the right glove, i've since cut down the thumb a little more to open that up a little more. i might sew those back on themselves to tidy it up someday, but for now i'm liking the ragged look. looks like it's just been done on a whim by the mando to see how it is.

Great weathering, and the spikes and decals look great, and I really like the asymmetry of it.

YAY FOR POINTY THINGS!!!

Yeah! It looks awesome, Adenn, but I have one question... why do you have your index and pinky fingers bare (I know your thumb is, too)? Index and middle fingers I can understand, but what's the pinky going to do other than be a liability?

nah, seriously, i've always had issues with gloves covering my little finger, it reduces a lot more movability than the others as it's smaller,  and besides being fun to have it free, it'll make it easier for me to hold guns/my future sword more easily.

so i went with index and thumb for the ability to pick things up, plus so i can use my iPod, and little finger for comfort. not like it'd be a Huge loss.

But yeah, fantastic kit you've got here man.  Like others have already said, I really like the asymmetry and incorporation of TK armor pieces.  And the pointy things, haha.  Great job.

update! finished a bit more armour, in time to go to a metal club near me in it. bit rushed together, and yes i know the plates weren't spaced right, and i have no neckseal, and i have laced combat boots on. all for comfort, based on the fact that i'd be out till like 3AM in it and dancing, but these pics are just to show the paintjob on the added plates.
still need to do tribalistic designs on the armplates.

hehe, went yesterday, just uploaded em today. they did indeed let me in the pit xD and i did Rawk \m/ O_o \m/

was also hugged by a rather robust fellow who thought i was epic.
yeah, generally good reaction, especially to the pointyness.

also liked how my torch-arm added to the lightshow.

next con i go to, gonna take more time adding the plates, i didn't notice the chestplates were rising so high up, there's a big exposed area on my belly :[ still, don't think the folks at the dungeon club cared.

all surprisingly comfortable too, considering how heavy the kit is now. just need to modify the backplate, work out a better way of attaching the TK shoulder, and cut down the edges of the forearm plates to stop them biting so much. woke up with really bad bruises where they were pinching every time i danced.

only mods I would make is a balaclava or neck seal and something to cover the boot laces, and since we have almost the same color scheme, not intentional, you look like my armor decided to go full on brutal metal.

got a neckseal, and plain tanker boots, just that being in a club with a neckseal on would kill me, not having it on lets me cool down a bit. bootswise, my mando boots are great for walking in, would be shite for dancing, so i went with my combats.
