They are good templates. Just need to figure out what kind of wood Arnie got

i used leimholz most.
in english it must called "glued wood" or "glulam (Glued Laminated Timber)" or something.
bought it at the local hardware store. i would say: use the wood you can buy at a store near your home and something which isn't that expensive i did it this way

how to put the two pieces together, using foam and NO screws or something similar (it's enough foam that the frontpart(pipe) doesn't move a mm)
