Ok guys and gals.  I just got a message back from Kurt, CO of the 70th.  He said that they are not planning on doing any type of Jail and Bail for PCC so we are in the clear as to not step on anyone's toes.  Kantis, if Nolef is up for making the jail cell, I think we can work on the bounty sheets and the collection jar and any other paperwork needed. 

For anyone who is interested, we have a face book planning group for the con as well.  Join up, jump on and we can start working on things.

First thing we need to decide on is the charity we want to collect donations for.  Normally the Mercs collect for the Help a Verd'ica fund but if there are any local charities or other suggestions let's get them hammered out so we can talk to the Con people and get it planed out so we can get it on the web site and people will know what we are doing from open of the Con.

Ok, so where is the topic to talk about when and where for the picture event, and this year lets keep to the plan and not spring it at the last minute change, a few people missed out on the picture all together.  I almost did (fastest i have ever had to don armor)
