That's the sleeve to cover the fastnings of the girth belt, Same as what Jango Fett has .

Just wanted to say I'm a big fan or your kit Remo. The way all the individual components come together makes for a stellar kit and IMHO you have really nailled the highly functional, battleworn look. I hope my kit will look  as good as yours when complete.

Yes Dar i made the dropleg holster and dropleg bandolier with the excessories in it. Basically it's a flat piece with a belt running through it holding everything in place .
