Or you could just prime, wet sand, main coat, wet sand, man coat, polish and then seal it. I can get anything to look like smooth polished glass with this method. I only use 400 to 600 grit wet/dry sand paper and seems to work fine. Just my two cents worth. Hope it helps.

Or if you drybrush the orange-peel effects right you can get it to look like acid burns, or something like that. But if you don't want that then that tutorial seems to be the way to go!

Why would you want to get rid of orange peel?  Isn't our armor supposed to look like iron?
