Are you covering the cardboard with anything, or is it just a template for a sintra/metal armour?

The cardboard is just a template, the final product will be in 3mm Sintra. I'd love to do it in metal, but I'm not set up for it, nor do I have access to anywhere that is properly. It'd be dead easy to convert into sheet metal, being bend based though.

I'd love a metal armour, but I have no idea how in Sam Hell I'm gonna cut it.
