For the pirate look I agree that pistol would be great.  For the western part you can rock some spurs and maybe a poncho or duster style jacket. In my opinion sashes can be pirate or cowboy. Both those looks are awesome and like I said earlier I look forward to seeing the end product :)

Importing anything gun related is a nightmare, even a non-working prop could be seized and destroyed by UK Customs :'(

Personnaly i would love to get my hands on one of those airsoft sawn off double barrelled shotguns they have in the USA, but can't get one, due to restriction i just mentioned.

Not sure about the duster Vod'ika, might be better to use it and see how it looks with the rest of the outfit.

You can make a double barrel out of airsoft guns. S'what I did, Shadow.

alrighty back to work on this thing!

havent done any upgrades yet, im just planning for them atm
im not very happy with the backpack tbh, i think its too small, but i dont have enough plastic for a backplate so i was thinking of maybe having a cape maybe? prolly made out of the same material as my poncho on Darman, think itll work or maybe not good for this sort of era?

You gotta tell me where you got the boot gaiters for your kit ner'vod.  I've been looking for something like that for a while now, and so far nothing.

Really feeling the segmented chest plates. Fits in with the "Olden" look as well as the bucket. Everything looks proportionate and comfortable. definitely speaks Mando and has an RC flavor to it. I have to say 3.5 Crushgaunts out of 5 only because it looks like its on the clean side. The soft parts weathering doesn't jive with the armor weathering. Thats my only beef and its a small one. Cool looking kit.

thanks MandoSniper, it means alot for me to hear that from you, since your kit is absolutely fantastic and what drove me to make my own kit :P

i think ill be upgrading this kit to a Mandalorian General style kit

so it'll most probably have a black cape, a pistol and a vibrosword, think of it as a Darth Vader or General Grievous type of commander (Enforcer/General) but Mandalorian :)

ok since i fear that i would not be using this set as much as i hoped since ill have Darman and my upcoming Mandalorian Protector, i am thinking of using this armour (not the helmet or pack) for a sith/emperor's hand kit.

Any thoughts?
