My Gauntlets

Hi all wanted to post what i got done so far... I started with 2 cheap toy golf bags i found at walmart and added a piece of sintra inside to add weight and make it stronger....and a clear piece of plastic on top

Those are turning out pretty cool! Once the sandings done you'll be in business!

As a side note, I moded your post and switched to the [img] file format. When you go to post pix from photobucket.com in the future, when you scroll over the pic, a drop down appears. The bottom selection is the [img] code to post in forums.

Wow, that's pretty inventive! MAke sure if you have the name/packaging you let us know.. That way, if any want to follow, it'll be easier to do!

Thanks I like them so far....They are made by JA-RU toys....I found them in walmart right around the beginning of spring/summer...It was a kids toy golf bag with 3 or 4 golf clubs and 3 balls for around 5 bucks... Was up there the other day and they told me its a season item. Hope that helps

WalMart sells them everyspring... usually starting around Easter time.

I knew those would make good gauntlets. How are they holding up with the flexability of the plastic?

Now I don't remember if I discovered those or someone told me about them and then I checked them out at Wal-mart...
I do look for them (and non-lace up boots) about everytime I go to Wally World.

Update. This style toy is no longer available at Walmart. Looks like the made a design change.
