My Trash Can Armor (OM!)

Photo dump! Seriously...
Ignore the lack of guants, knees, bells, and backplate. The bells and backplate need to be attached (I have to buy more velcro). The gaunts I have started but the knees I have not yet begun. Despite that thought I AM SO CLOOOOOOSEEEE!!!!
QUESTIONS:
1. Should I tailor my flightsuit on the appendages?
2. How does between the end of my vest to the top of my cod look? Do I need a sash/girth belt/pouches to fill in that area?

Firstly, I just want to say it's looking kandosii! I'm really digging your colour scheme.
In answer to your first question, when I made my flightsuit it was too baggy initially also, so what I did was take it in ~1" on each side running from the bottom of the cuff on the arms, up to the armpit, and then down the side of the body and leg. I think I tapered my legs a bit though, so it was closer to 2" at the bottom, so I didn't end up with a bunch of extra fabric nce the shins were on, pushing it all the excess to the back. Hope that helps...
And as for your second question, I feel like it would improve your costume if you did have something else there, mainly just to cover that nylon webbing and clip, and go over the top edge of the codpiece.

everything looks great, a girthbelt and pouches would finish up that area nicely, looks like you are going to beat me to the OM status !!! I am thinking of a color change so that may set me back alittle, good luck and turn in that app!!! :D

It does look great! you might want to consider putting the cod under/behing the belt.
and I agree that a girthbelt might help the black void of buckles in your mid section... you dont necessarily need pouches, just a little color pop (but then again, I like the look of leather :D ) I personally use two womens braided leather belts sewn together (its about 3-4 in wide) with my pistol belt over them to cover the seam
